I Argyle Day

In partnership with the East London Soccer Club, the Argyle BIA, and the Argyle community association we hosted mini soccer tournament for kids from 7-8, 9-10, and 11-13 age groups. Representatives from the London Police services got into the action with some pre-game warm-ups with the kids too and we also had face painting, chalk art, the Scouts Canada serving up cold treats with their Shaws Ice Cream truck and a touch a truck visit from the London Fire Department.

It takes great community organizations coming together to make events like this possible, and activate neighbourhood activities. We are blessed to have great businesses and community groups who step up to help make this possible and it was a pleasure to be a part of this celebration again this year.
